24日，第五届长沙·中国1024程序员节开幕，众多国内外技术翘楚和超过1024名开发者齐聚长沙。作为“IT技术与产业发展的创新风向标”，本届大会联动国内八个城市，共同打造一场技术盛宴。

On October 24, the 5th Changsha·China 1024 Programmer Festival opened, with numerous domestic and foreign technology leaders and over 1024 developers gathering in Changsha. As an innovation benchmark for IT technology and industrial development, this festival has involved eight cities in China to createa a technological extravaganza.

作为一个自带年轻、技术、研发等属性的群体，程序员的聚集，反映着一个城市产业发展的活力与潜能。数据显示，截至2023年底，长沙开发者注册人数增长至47万人，聚集了湖南80%以上的软件企业，湖南湘江新区作为全省互联网产业的主阵地，更是成为程序员这一技术研发“主力军”创新创业的热土。

As a group characterized by youth, technology, and research and development, the concentration of programmers reflects the vitality and potential of a city's industrial development. Data shows that by the end of 2023, the number of registered developers in Changsha had grown to 470,000, accounting for over 80% of the software enterprises in Hunan. Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, as the main hub of the internet industry in the province, has become a hotbed for innovation and entrepreneurship among programmers, the "main force" in technology research and development.
