23岁的汤慕仁今年6月刚大学毕业，但已经是一位有着四年创业经历的“老创客”。他创办的湖南星昱教育科技有限公司是科技型中小企业，主营业务为通用航空技术服务、通用航空教育服务、设备研发等，已取得通用航空企业经营许可证和民航局民用无人机驾驶员训练机构资质。公司2024年目前营收约400万元。

The company has obtained a general aviation enterprise operating license and the qualification of a civil unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) pilot training institution from the Civil Aviation Administration of China. The company's revenue for 2024 is currently approximately 4 million yuan.

近年来，无人机在测绘、农业、影视等领域广泛应用，市场需求呈井喷式增长，使得无人机驾驶员这类专业人才的需求也急剧攀升。凭借敏锐的目光，汤慕仁带领团队搭建起完善的无人机职业人才培养赋能平台，为行业输送专业人才2000余人。

In recent years, drones have been widely used in fields such as surveying, agriculture, film, and television, leading to an explosive growth in market demand.
