毕业即创业，“95后”创客让生物陶瓷“智”造加速

After obtaining her master's degree in July this year, Feng Mengmeng, a member of the "Post-95s" generation, brought her technological achievements in orthopedic materials research to Changsha to start a business, founding Hunan Guoke High-Tech New Materials Co., Ltd. Relying on their technological strength and project planning, she and her team received support from the provincial and district-level entrepreneurial funds. Focusing on the field of bioactive materials, they have developed tricalcium phosphate (TCP) bioceramic microspheres. This product has a composition similar to the inorganic components of human bones and outperforms similar products. After mass production, its price will be approximately 75% lower than that of imported materials. Moreover, the team secured an order worth nearly 10 million yuan within just a few months of starting the business.

今年7月硕士毕业后，“95后”冯梦梦带着骨科材料研究的技术成果来到长沙创业，成立湖南国科高新新材料有限公司。她和团队凭借技术实力与项目规划获所在省、区创业基金支持，聚焦生物活性材料领域，研发出磷酸三钙生物陶瓷微球（TCP），该产品成分与人体骨骼无机质相似、性能优于同类产品，投产后售价较进口材料降低约75%，还在创业短短数月内拿到近千万元订单。

The Hunan Youth Talent (University Student) Design and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base, where Feng Mengmeng's team is based, has integrated abundant design resources and built a full-chain service system covering "creativity—design—prototyping—mass production". It provides incubated teams with support such as full rent exemption and water and electricity subsidies, while also offering targeted assistance in office space, technological R&D, and order matching. Currently, Guoke High-Tech has rolled out samples of multiple products, and the renovation of its production workshop is underway. Mass production is expected to commence next year, with an annual output value projected to exceed 60 million yuan. Additionally, local authorities are refining the policy framework to foster a cluster of youth innovation and entrepreneurship, contributing to the high-quality development of both Hunan Province and Changsha City.

冯梦梦团队入驻的湖南省青年人才（大学生）设计创业孵化基地，整合大量设计资源，构建“创意—设计—打样—量产”全链条服务体系，为入驻团队提供租金全免、水电补贴等支持，还在办公空间、技术研发、订单对接等方面精准助力。目前国科高新多款产品样品出炉，生产车间装修中，预计明年投产且年产值有望破6000万元，所在区域也通过完善政策体系，打造青年创新创业集聚区，助力湖南、长沙高质量发展。
