On the evening of December 31, 2025, Changsha—ranked among China’s top 10 popular New Year's Eve destinations—ushered in the climax of its annual carnival. As the city’s landmark for the midnight countdown, Changsha Window of the World played host to a surprise appearance by Jackie Chan and the cast of his new film Unexpected Family (original Chinese title: Guo Jia Jia), along with an intangible cultural heritage "Iron Flower" performance and other exciting events, welcoming ten thousand tourists to ring in the new year together.
